Location: Somewhere between Nottingham and Reading.
Field Based 3-5 days per week.
Annual Leave: 31 days pro rata + Birthday (if your Birthday falls on a weekday).

Working with the likes of goodr, a “Fun, fashionable, functional and ‘ffordable sunglasses we have a busy schedule as we move into the summer season. We’re looking for an additional team member who can help us meet order demand during our busiest time of the year.

It’s a fun and informal, but fast-paced work environment with friendly colleagues. You’ll report directly to the sales team and indirectly to the owners, and be responsible for ensuring that orders are fulfilled and dispatched accurately and on time.

It’s all about you!

You’ll report directly to our Head of Sales and indirectly to the owners, and be responsible for implementing a cohesive sales and brand strategy for your territory. You will bring fun and joy to our customers helping them grow by working closely with us and our brands.

Our customers are in the run space and extend into outdoor, cycle, watersports and snow sports. Working with the likes of goodr sunglasses, GRAYL, and Body Glide. 2023 has seen us celebrate our successes and it’s time to add to our Marvel of Unicorns.

You need to have the desire to Get Things Done and show up each day bringing your energy and excitement to everything you do.

Accountability

  • Develop our customer base and grow distribution for our brand partners; goodr, Body Glide and GRAYL
  • Help our customers sell through our brands
  • Work with internal sales team to provide best in class support to our customers
  • Attend shows and events

You

  • Ability to connect at a human level and build strong customer relationships
  • Be authentic
  • Have a passion for sport, be that run, outdoor, snow, water or even golf
  • Some account manager or tech rep experience will be beneficial but not essential
  • Good communicator with strong presentation and sales skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude and a good teammate.

You’ll report directly to our team lead and indirectly to the owners, and be responsible for implementing a cohesive eCommerce strategy, including day-to-day operations for each of our brand websites. You need to have the desire to Get Things Done and show up each day bringing your energy and excitement to everything you do.

Working with the likes of goodr sunglasses, GRAYL, and Body Glide we are investing in their online growth and looking for a dedicated team member to drive our ecommerce business. In addition to three UK brand websites we recently launched a European website for goodr for which will also be included in your responsibilities.

If you have a desire to Get Things Done and enjoy working across a variety of functions, partnering with marketing, sales, customer service and IT to manage, maintain and develop an on-brand user experience, we’ll provide training to help you succeed.

Accountability

  • Day-to-day operations of our various D2C websites, and B2B platform, including creating and updating product listings, helping to deploy site enhancements, and performing testing.
  • Analyse D2C sales data to review merchandising performance and inventory availability.
  • Identify and recommend merchandising opportunities that support brand goals.
  • Report on D2C and B2B site analytics including behaviour reports and goal conversions.
  • Assist in the timely execution of online content setup activities, including all marketing and promotional content, product copy and imagery.
  • Support in execution of merchandising strategies, including social campaigns, promotions, product page optimisation, and cross-sell/sell-up strategies.
  • Optimisation and implementation of online advertising strategy and campaign management.
  • Manage end-to-end customer experience, including questions, returns etc… while maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers.
  • Help with events, such as festivals and consumer facing events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

You

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work well in a detailed, and deadline-orientated environment.
  • Pro-active, self-started with an ability to identify issues and areas of opportunity.
  • Collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders to continually drive the best customer experience possible while meeting business objectives.
  • Excellent organisation and follow-through
  • In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices (prior experience with Shopify, Klayvio, and ZenDesk are a plus).
  • Good level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and other website reporting tools
  • Positive, friendly attitude and a good teammate.
